Each client receives bodywork aligned with his/her individual therapeutic goals, which can involve multiple modalities and techniques. One massage treatment session might include anything from Swedish massage to deep tissue work, to the addition of hot stones or cupping therapy as needed. I enjoy aromatherapy, and typically incorporate certified therapeutic grade essential oils into my practice.
